We coordinate with your property manager or Club concierge ahead of each visit, carry the required vehicle passes, and follow the community's conservation and noise guidelines. If you're not on-island during the service, we handle the entire access and key-coordination process without needing you involved.

Most of our Cassique clients are members of the Kiawah Island Club and we schedule around Cassique course tee times, Tom Fazio River Course rounds, Sasanqua Spa appointments, and dining reservations at the Clubhouse without being asked. Tell us when you need us out by and we'll work backwards. We can also schedule the entire visit while you are off the island — photo walk-throughs are emailed when we finish so you can approve remotely.
