Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, requesting a quote, or hiring us to perform work at your property, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or schedule services. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, HOA, or property management company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Services Provided

Pepper's Pressure Washing & Window Cleaning is a licensed and insured exterior cleaning company serving Charleston, Johns Island, Kiawah Island, Mount Pleasant, James Island, West Ashley, Summerville, and the surrounding South Carolina Lowcountry. We provide:

• Pressure washing for driveways, sidewalks, patios, fences, and siding.
• Roof soft washing using low-pressure, biodegradable solutions.
• Gutter cleaning, brightening, and minor downspout clearing.
• Interior and exterior window cleaning.
• Concrete cleaning and surface restoration.
• Commercial exterior cleaning for HOAs, apartments, and storefronts.

All work is priced on a per-project basis. We do not offer flat online pricing because every property — driveway size, roof pitch, window count, surface condition — is different.

3. Quote Requests

Quotes provided over the phone, by email, or through our online form are estimates based on the information you share. They are non-binding until both parties confirm scope and pricing in writing. Final pricing may be adjusted after an on-site inspection if conditions differ from what was described (additional square footage, heavier soiling, hard-to-reach areas, etc.). We will always discuss any change with you before beginning work.

4. Scheduling & Cancellation

We confirm appointments by phone, email, or text the day before service. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to another customer. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a small trip-charge fee.

Exterior cleaning is weather-dependent. If we determine that rain, lightning, freezing temperatures, or high wind would compromise safety or quality, we will reach out to reschedule at no cost to you. Rescheduled appointments take priority on the next available date.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the job, unless we have agreed to other terms in writing in advance (such as net-30 for commercial accounts). We accept:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover).
• Paper check, payable to Pepper's Pressure Washing & Window Cleaning.
• ACH bank transfer for commercial accounts.

Past-due invoices may accrue a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount allowed by South Carolina law, whichever is less.

6. Warranty & Re-Clean Policy

We stand behind our work with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you notice an area that wasn’t cleaned to your satisfaction, contact us within 7 days of completion and we will return to address it at no additional charge. This guarantee covers cleaning quality and does not apply to staining, oxidation, or wear that no amount of cleaning will remove. We will tell you up front if a surface has limitations.

7. Property Access & Safety

Before we arrive, please make sure we have access to:

• An outdoor water spigot in working order.
• An exterior power outlet (when needed for window cleaning equipment).
• Gates, fenced yards, and any locked spaces relevant to the job.

You are responsible for moving fragile items, securing pets, closing windows and doors, and disclosing any known fragile surfaces (loose siding, cracked windows, soft mortar, painted decks, etc.) before we begin. We are responsible for operating our equipment safely, protecting landscaping, and using methods appropriate for each surface.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pepper's Pressure Washing & Window Cleaningcarries $2,000,000 in general liability coverage and full workers’ compensation insurance. Proof of insurance is available on request. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by conditions you did not disclose (loose flashing, rotted wood, failing window seals, undisclosed leaks, etc.). Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on pepperspressurewashing.com — including text, photography, before/after images, logos, and design — is the property of Pepper's Pressure Washing & Window Cleaning and is protected by copyright. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution, but you may not copy, reproduce, or republish our content without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
